A meeting of the Eurogroup was held on 6 November 2017. This meeting comprised a regular part with the Eurozone finance ministers and an inclusive part with the EU27 member states. The agenda includes the following topics:

Regular Eurogroup

+ Presentation on ECB banking supervision activities and on the SRB's activities;

+ Exchange of views on practices related to public investment in human capital, and more concretely, efficient spending on education systems.

Inclusive Eurogroup

+ Discussion on the possible steps towards the completion of the banking union, including a presentation by the European Commission of a related Communication;

+ Exchange of views on the future fiscal governance in the Euro area, including issues related to fiscal rules and ideas related to possible new euro area fiscal policy instruments.
