Euro-Med leaders look to build on Barcelona process

Preview of a meeting of the Euro-Mediterranean Partners in Barcelona, 27-28 November 2005, ten years after their first meeting in the city. The meeting was intended to mark ten years of co-operation in which the European Union has provided financial support for its southern neighbours.
