Euro bail-out funds lack oversight, auditors say

EUObserver reported on a study presented by the Dutch Court of Auditors to the European Parliament on the 24 April 2012, which argues that the new financial architecture of the eurozone including the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) and the forthcoming European Stability Mechanism (ESM) lacks democratic oversight and accountability.
