EU wins roaming battle against telecoms giants

Report of the Judgment in ECJ Case C-58/08: Vodafone and Others v Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, June 2010. The judgement said that the EU had the right to impose caps on the prices charged by mobile telephone operators for roaming calls in the interest of the internal market
