EU training/exchange programmes: Leonardo: Call for proposals. The Central Bureau in the UK has issued preliminary details about the 1999 call for proposals. The 1999 call will cover all strands of the programme, but will not include surveys and analyses (measure III.2.a). It is expected that the main deadline will be 23.3.99, but there will be two additional deadlines in the UK, for Strand 1 placements and exchange only, of 31.1 and 23.7.99.
