EU to plead for stronger financial regulation at G20 / Berlin and Paris unite on regulation

The European Union will make a 'now or never' plea for stronger global financial regulation at the April 2009 G20 summit, but will rule out more fiscal expansion to conquer the recession, EU policymakers said on the 12 March 2009.
