EU to exploit wind energy

The European Commission launched a new project in the week beginning 9.10.00 to investigate the potential of offshore wind energy. Concerted Action on Offshore Wind Energy in Europe, is to collect knowledge about offshore wind energy from all over Europe, evaluate the knowledge and distribute it to organisations that can benefit from it.
