EU telecoms ministers to tackle bill shocks

Preview of issues to be discussed at the Telecommunications Council, Brussels, 31 May 2010. Amongst other topics EurActiv reports that a code of rights would be discussed as EU Telecoms ministers would consider introducing pan-European rules to protect users of electronic communications from expensive bills.
