EU regulators raid Romania’s Romgaz, Transgaz, OMV Petrom

The European Commission announced that raids by EU antitrust regulators had taken place on 6 June 2016 against different companies in Romania. Media suggested that state-owned gas producer Romgaz, gas pipeline operator Transgaz and top oil and gas firm OMV Petrom had been amongst the raided companies, over the suspected blocking of gas exports to other member states.
