EurActiv reports that an agreement to be signed between EULEX and the Serbian authorities, designed to help solve a 'visa problem' for Serbian nationals, has became an irritant for Albanian extremists in Kosovo, who overturned 28 vehicles belonging to the EU mission in the Kosovan capital Pristina, August 2009.

BBC News reported that seven people were injured in clashes between Serbs and ethnic Albanians in the ethnically divided city of Mitrovica in northern Kosovo.
