EIB: Subsidised loans for Northern Ireland SMEs. The European Investment Bank (EIB) has launched a successor interest subsidy scheme for its loans to Northern Ireland's SMEs. Under the new scheme, SMEs with eligible new capital investment can benefit from a 3% interest rebate over five years.
