EU funding allocations:
EIB: £37m loan for Falkirk Schools. The European Investment Bank is lending £37m for the construction of five schools in Falkirk, Scotland. The project is the largest education Private Finance Initiative launched in the UK to date and comes under the EIB's new Amsterdam Special Action Programme, set up to step up lending for investment in job creation.
