EU Emissions Trading Scheme: UK National Allocation Plan 2005-2007

The UK submitted its National Allocation Plan (NAP) under the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS) to the European Commission on 30 April 2004 and published it for further public consultation on 6 May 2004.
