The First Minister for Wales Carwyn Jones said that the agreement on the next multiannual financial framework (MFF) for 2014-2020 agreed by EU Member State governments on the 8 February 2013 could be "deeply unfair" to the poorest parts of west Wales and the valleys.

Carwyn Jones said early estimates show Wales could lose £400m in funding.
