Rural Affairs Minister, Elin Jones visited the Tywi valley on the 18 November 2009 to open one of the many Welsh projects that has benefitted from Rural Development Plan (RDP) funding. The Rural Development Plan for Wales 2007-2013 is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. |
