The MEDA Education and Training for Employment (ETE) project, which was launched in November 2004, is a new EU initiative supporting employment in North Africa and the Middle East through improved training and education. It is funded by the European Commission and implemented by the European Training Foundation. The final draft of the 'Overall Work Plan' was approved by the European Commission on 19 April 2005. |
