The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development's annual publication, 'Education at a glance. OECD Indicators' for the year 2002, which was released on 29 October 2002 and which analyses education at primary, secondary and university level in 28 countries, reveals significant increases in expenditure on education in Spain.
