España estrena un sistema novedoso que ayudará a identificar a los solicitantes de asilo [Spain starts using a new system which will help to identify asylum seekers]

In conjunction with the rest of the EU, Spain began using a new system to identify asylum seekers on 15 January 2003. The EURODAC database, situated in Luxembourg, allows immigration officials to check whether an ayslum seeker has already claimed asylum in another EU country.
