Summary: This thematic report has been prepared in the frame of the “ESF Performance and thematic reports” contract. The aim of this thematic report is to shed light on the contribution of the European Social Fund (ESF) 2014-2020 to Social Innovation (SI), including how social innovation has been integrated into ESF programming and how this was reflected in the first years of implementation. A second goal is to assess how SI contributes to the effective implementation of the policies in the ESF’s scope. |
