Summary: This report presents key findings and lessons from the European Social Fund 2007 – 2013 ex-post evaluation: Supporting the integration of disadvantaged groups into the labour market and society (VT2013/078). The evaluation was conducted between 2014 and 2015 and complements two further ex-post evaluations focusing on the ESF priorities of ‘Access to Employment’, and ‘Human Capital Development and Adaptability’. The period covered by the evaluation was from 2007 – December 2013. This ex-post evaluation builds on the results of preparatory study. It relied on data and evaluations provided by Member States and the European Commission, as well as original research. |
