Erdogan hits back at critics of EU accession reforms

In a speech to party MPs on 27 April 2005 Turkey's Prime Minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, defended reforms aimed at preparing the country for European Union accession. Mr Erdogan is facing growing criticism both at home and abroad.
