Summary:Communication adopted by the European Commission on 5 July 2023, providing the overview to a legislative package focusing on the sustainable use of key natural resources. Further information:The European Green Deal was presented in 2019 to underpin a deep and holistic transformation of the European Union (EU)'s economy and society.
