Energy Council, 6-7 December 2009

+ Information on the Energy Community Ministerial Council and on the Eastern Partnership's Energy Security Platform;

+ Presentation of progress report regarding the implementation of the Baltic Energy Market Interconnection Plan (BEMIP);

+ Information on the work programme of the Spanish presidency of the Council of the European Union;

+ Signature of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on central-eastern European Forum for electricity market integration.
