Analysis of available data, as presented in this report, suggests that, when compared to 2009, the overall migratory situation at the common borders between Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, the Russian Federation and neighboring Poland, Slovakia, Finland, Norway, Lithuania, Romania, Latvia, Hungary and Estonia did not change significantly. However, smuggling of cigarettes, fuel and household goods remained the largest risk at the common borders between these countries. |
