EAPN Position Paper – The Social Inclusion Strategy in an enlarged Union: What kind of Europe do we want?

EAPN statement on the strategy in the new Member States and candidate countries, presented on the occasion of the Third European Round Table on Poverty and Social Exclusion, Rotterdam, 18-19 October 2004. The statement is based on the responses by NGOs to the first Round of National Action Plans on Social Inclusion in the new Member States and to the Joint Inclusion Memoranda (JIMS) in the candidate countries. These positions were discussed at an EAPN seminar in Warsaw on 8-9 October 2004.
