The Dutch Minister of Finance Jeroen Dijsselbloem presented to the House of Representatives on 15 September 2015 the 2016 Budget Memorandum, which looked at the state of Dutch economy. The report said that the projected growth of the Dutch economy gave cause for optimism, but unemployment was still too high and was falling too slowly, and there was too little scope for growth. ‘The performance of the Dutch economy is better than expected, but not good enough,’ Mr Dijsselbloem said. |
