If you ring the competition information service, the following recorded message is relayed: “We are sorry to inform you that due to personnel shortages and increased workload, we are experiencing serious delays in answering requests for information. Please consult our pages on Europa, the Commission's server on the Internet. If you do not find the information, please consult us” - but presumably not on the telephone. |
