Summary: Definitive Adoption of Amending Budget No. 6 of the European Union (EU) for the financial year 2020, upon completion of procedure under Article 314 TFEU. Further information: The purpose of Draft Amending Budget (DAB) No 6 for the year 2020 is to provide €11 540,0 million in commitment appropriations and €6 540,0 million in payment appropriations to reflect the impact of the legislative proposals adopted by the European Commission in May 2020 in the framework of the European Union economic recovery package and complements the proposal to revise the Multiannual Financial Framework Regulation for 2020. The proposal was first tabled by the European Commission on 3 June 2020. Following adoption, tt was published in the Official Journal on 13 November 2020. |
