The draft Decision was adopted by the European Commission on 27 August 2024. The Council of the European Union endorsed the proposal on 23 September, followed by the European Parliament on 8 October. The Act was formally signed by the co-legislators on 9 October 2024and published in the Official Journal on 29 October 2024. |
