Denmark's prime minister announced on 27 November 2016 an agreement for a new coalition governmen, following a dispute over tax cuts which endangered the right-wing cooperation which supports his administration.

The agreement comprises the inclusion of the Liberal Alliance, forming a three-way coalition together with the Liberals and the Conservative People's Party. It was still a minority government, relying on the parliamentary support of the Danish People's Party.
