Grainne Millar of the Temple Bar Cultural Trust, on 17 May 2012, addressed the Committee on the role of cultural and creative industries in the EU’s economic recovery. The Committee later met with Hans Zomer of Dóchas, a network of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) involved in development and relief overseas, to discuss how Ireland could influence EU development policy, particularly in the context of Ireland's Presidency of the EU in 2013. |
