CTM Download service to be provided free of charge

The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) announced, ON 30 September 2010, that from 1 January 2011, the CTM Download service, providing information for reuse by third-party data providers, would be free of charge. CTM Download contains all Community trade mark data which has been entered into OHIM’s internal database EUROMARC. The service is not intended for public use, but rather for companies wishing to build their own systems making use of the data. It provides daily updates of the trade mark information in XML format.
