Croatian generals to surrender

Two retired Croatian army generals wanted by the UN war crimes court in The Hague have agreed to surrender, Croatia's justice minister said 8 March 2004. Mladen Markac and Ivan Cermak were indicted over atrocities in a 1995 offensive against Croatian Serb rebels.
