Croatia accuses Serbia of 1990s genocide

The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, began public hearing in the case concerning Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Croatia v. Serbia) on the 3 March 2014 for approximately one month.
