Critic inflames SPD feud

Article reports that the civil war in Germany’s Social Democratic party showed no sign of abating in November 2008
after Wolfgang Clement, a former economics minister, said he would leave the party despite an internal SPD appeal court overturned a decision by Mr Clement’s regional federation to strip him of membership.
