Country-specific recommendations: An overview

This Briefing offered an overview of the country-specific recommendations issued under the European Semester to EU Member States. It looked how these recommendations evolved over time, including from the legal base perspective. Finally, it discussed how recommendations were implemented over the 2012-2017 European Semester cycles.
