Copyright in the EU – what next?

Report of a workshop entitled 'Copyright in the Single Market, Opportunities for Harmonisation and management of Rights’, which was part of the 2nd European Innovation Summit at the European Parliament on 11-14 October 2010. The first part of the workshop considered opportunities for further harmonising EU Copyright law. The second part focused on issues relating to the management of rights and whether current practices hinder the development of the Internal Market.
