Consultation paper on changes to the packaging regulations

This consultation paper, issued jointly by the UK Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs and the Welsh Assembly Government on 29 July 2003, contains proposed revisions to the business recovery and recycling targets for packaging waste for the four years from 1 January 2004 until 31 December 2008. Deadline for responses: 21 October 2003.
