Consultation on the UK’s proposal for implementing the working time directive for mobile workers in the road transport sector (2002/15/EC)

The UK Department for Transport, on 21 October 2003, published a consultation document on new working time proposals for the road transport sector. The new proposals will form the basis for transposing the Road Transport Directive into domestic law by 23 March 2005. Deadline for responses: 23 January 2004.
