Consultation on the draft regulations and guidance implementing Directive 2004/35 on environmental liability with regard to the prevention and remedying of environmental damage

The UK Government, in collaboration with the Welsh Assembly Government, on 29 February 2008, launched a joint consultation on separate draft Regulations in relation to Directive 2004/35, the Environmental Liability Directive. The consultation covered the draft regulations for England and Wales. Deadline for responses: 27 May 2008.
