Consultation on EU proposals for a revised regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services

On 13 November 2007 the European Commission published proposals to revise the regulatory framework for electronic communications and services. The UK Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, on 12 June 2008, issued a consultation on the Commission's proposals. Deadline date for responses: 2 September 2008.
