Constitutional referendum process: Discussion

This was one of a series of meetings held by the Joint Committee on the Constitution, as part of a review of the constitutional referendum process in Ireland. The meeting was addressed by Martin Territt, director of the European Commission representation in Ireland and Anthony Coughlan, senior lecturer emeritus in social policy at Trinity College Dublin and secretary of the National Platform EU Research and Information Centre.
