Communication: Adaptation of the ceiling of own resources and of the ceiling for appropriations for commitments following the entry into force of Council Decision 2014/335

Article 3(3) of Council Decision 2014/335/EC, Euratom stipulates that "as soon as all Member States have transmitted their data on the basis of ESA 2010, the Commission shall recalculate the ceilings set out in paragraphs 1 and 2".

On the basis of the latest information provided by Eurostat (see also tables in the Annex) with the year 2015 as the last full year available, the new percentage ceilings have been calculated. The new ceilings shall be valid from 1 January 2014 onwards.
