Commission launches IPR enforcement consultation

The European Commission, on 11 January 2011, launched a consultation on its report on the enforcement of intellectual property rights. The report looks at the impact of the 2004 enforcement Directive and the changes in the IPR environment. The consultation ends on 31 March 2011.
