Commission Decisions, particularly in relation to restrictive practices and market dominance, are another category of rulings frequently sought. While CELEX and commercial sources such as LEXIS offer one fee-paying route to access, the document delivery service EUDOR (http://www.eudor.com) provides an electronic archive of recent merger decisions, based on merger Regulation 4064/89, at a charge of € 0.5 per page plus a document delivery charge depending on the chosen method of supply (with the exception of file transfer, which is free). However, Directorate General IV, which deals with competition, offers on its web site free access to the full text of merger decisions for 1997 and 1998, with bibliographic details for those going back to 1990. Also available at this site are references to state aid decisions with full text links to selected items, together with details of antitrust cases including chronological lists back to 1965, though it is only for recent cases that either the full text or a press release is given.
