Clock ticks on world trade talks

Ministers from OECD countries around the world met in Paris, May 2005, hoping to salvage global trade talks. They were intended to lay the foundations for agreement on an outline deal by July, ahead of a full-scale WTO summit in December 2005 in Hong Kong.
