CAP Agreement will provide stable future for farming, says Elin Jones

The EU Council of Agriculture and Fisheries Ministers reached agreement on the 20 November 2008 on the CAP health check process. Elin Jones, Welsh Assembly Minister for Rural Affairs, attended the Council as part of the UK Ministerial negotiating team and said the agreement would provide a stable future for Welsh farming.
