Call to speed up airlines pollution scheme

Article says that the United Kingdom is encouraging, October 2006, its EU partners to agree to bring forward the timetable for making the world’s major airlines pay for the cost of their pollution by arguing for their inclusion in the European Union’s greenhouse gas trading scheme within two years.
