UK Conservative Party plans in the report from its Economic Competitiveness Policy Review (Chairman: John Redwood) for £14bn a year cuts in red tape will be hard to achieve and could strain relations with Europe, UK business leaders warned 13 August 2007, while applauding the Opposition party's emphasis on deregulation.
