Bush berates hesitant Nato allies

US President George W Bush has berated, November 2006, Nato members reluctant to send troops to dangerous parts of Afghanistan, demanding they must accept 'difficult assignments'. At the NATO summit, Riga, November 2006 leaders agreed to relax restrictions on how their troops are used in Afghanistan.
